We stayed there for 2 weeks and found it very good place. We used its laundry machine, very efficient. Location is very strategic. Close to shops, restaurants and bus stops, walking distance to Amtrak Station. Very convenient surrounding for walking and exercise. The little thing to improve is only the absence of tea bags and coffee maker. We had to request to lobby and they said the tea bags are not provided.

This hotel is not new but everything is okay. The parking fee is 25 dollars per night.

The hotel is clean, recently renovated, rooms smell nice, no issues at all during our stay.
For travellers without a car, be aware that the buss across the bridge to DT SF only takes clipper card and it cost $6 each time. They do not accept Muni. It can get pricey. Other than that no issues

I paid the hotel cost upfront before checking in. However, the person in charge of my check-in mistakenly charged me both for the hotel cost, which I had already paid, as well as a deposit for each night, totaling $800. I am an international traveler, and even though it has been a week since I checked out, I still have not received my refund. This is a significant amount of money to be taken by mistake. The person in charge did not apologize for this error, and I am extremely upset by the lack of professionalism. I would advise against staying here if I were you. Additionally, the front desk does not have any change, which made it impossible for me to do laundry. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Some of the front desk staffs were so rude! If you are staying here, you will need to double check what they are trying to charge you before you put swipe your card.
