Meets and exceeds the reviews !! The staff of this family run hotel ( over 70 years ) is so close to rail and transport options and is tie central part of Venice !! Old style Venice which is perfect close to the canoal but is so quiet . We would stay here again !!

Location is perfect. Near the train station and also close to everywhere in Venice by walking. Air conditioner is working. A fridge would be a plus. Interestingly, you cannot go out without giving the room key it to the reservation desk during your stay. The towels were not changed on the second day even though they were placed on the floor.
