This is the only budget hotel in Sungai Merab. It has enough parking space it front of the hotel. Bonus: it has its own laundry shop at the ground floor. It smells great. All rooms is in the upper floor, with no elevator. The hotel looks new, like recently built. Which I like.
The problem is they used seasoned mattress as the bedframe (not properly covered so I can see the mattress). The top mattress was kinda old as well as I can feel the spring when lying on my back. Then our food covered with ants and I saw baby cockroaches on the table. I think they use the softener as floor cleaner because the room smells so good but when your feet is wet, it will be very slippery. The price RM140/night is ok considering its near to my house and othe major landmarks. But if you are not in a rush, you can get cheaper hotel elsewhere.
