I book for mihrab hotel last Thursday, this is my first time booking this hotel, looking at the pictures provided it a good hotel with huge parking space, me and my husband reach the destination by 1 pm using waze, we didn't see any hotel name mihrab at the hatic area, and we have tu do 3 round and anded at the same place, difficult to find the parking we try call mihrab hotel using the no we looking at the Google, twice call no answer, having difficulty coz I am using the stick so my husband have to go and ask people at that area, lucky this mak cik told is that hotel already change to smile hotel. We have to looking for the parking and have to download a apps for parking at that area, no free parking by hotel, as for our age both of us near 60 year old, have to walk quit long distance, me with the beg and stick, my husband with the knee problems and we check in after 3 o'clock, We get the room quit far from lif. Before this I always get the room near lif upon request, for this time stay I really dissipointed, I been with agoda more than 10, their always good in servis and this time really bad, they should updatef all hotel using agoda servis

This is not the Muslim friendly hotel that I used to stay before. It has already changed into Smile Hotel thus no more kiblat signage, Al Quran & sejadah prepared in the room anymore. Since I was partly incapacitated post op I was quite happy to note the restroom has a ramp with sliding door but unfortunately no handle near the seat for me, rendering it useless . Apart from these shortcomings everything else was okay.
