    Overall, our stay at D Gateway Perdana Hotel Bangi was okay. The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive, and the free parking was definitely a plus. However, there are several areas that I feel could be improved: - We requested a Queen bed, but were given 2 single beds instead. - The wall panel behind the bed was slightly detached, making the room look a little old and not well-maintained. - Found a small cockroach in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. - The TV was not a Smart TV, just a regular TV. A Smart TV would be a nice upgrade. - The glass lift in the middle of the building had an unpleasant smell. - The sink drainage was not smooth, causing water to accumulate in the sink. The staff service was good, but the room maintenance, cleanliness and facilities could definitely be improved. Hopefully the management can look into these issues to provide a more comfortable experience for future guests.
