    WRoom is quite big, clean and nice. The water in bathroom is big, as a girl will love it so much!

    1. Front desk service and deposit explanation It would be much appreciated if the front desk staff could be more attentive and patient when explaining the hotel’s rules and procedures. We were initially a little confused about the process for getting the deposit refunded, and unfortunately, the explanation felt somewhat rushed and impatient. A clearer and more friendly explanation would have made the check-in experience much better. I also feel that RM100 for the deposit is slightly high, especially if the refund process could be simplified or explained more clearly. 2. Iron and ironing board The ironing board is shared by guests on the entire floor and is located in the corridor. We found this quite inconvenient, especially as we needed to do quite a bit of ironing during our stay. It would be much more convenient if each room could be provided with an iron and ironing board, as this is a common amenity in most hotels and would make the stay more comfortable for guests. Overall, it is a great place to stay, and with these small improvements, the guest experience could be even better.

    Hotel cantik tapi perlu tambah sikit fasiliti,letak steam iron tapi sumber nak ambil air tu takde,kena keluar ambil iron,front desk customer perlu belajar lagi cara communicate dengan customer,customer tanya sebab nak dapatkan info,yang lain bilik besar,shower pun best
