    The property uses a self check-in and check-out system, with most of the communication handled through WhatsApp. I really appreciated that the staff even gave me a call through WhatsApp when I didn’t notice their earlier message while I was travelling. The room was spacious and comfortable. Since it is located at Bangi Gateway Shopping Complex, there are plenty of food options nearby, which made everything very convenient. I was also able to stop by Jaya Grocer to stock up on some snacks and supplies for my journey the following day. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. After travelling, it was exactly what I needed to get some good rest, freshen up, and recharge before continuing my journey the next day.
