Hailey's Place Unit 3

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The location was great, and everything was well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Positive: 1. Very Affordable Rate for 5pax 2. Room is Clean and well organized (except for the dirty aircon) 3. Complete kitchen needs 4. Owner is attentive and communicates directly to guests 5. CR is spacious Negative: 1. Room is different from what we booked. 2. We booked 2 single bed and 1 double bed but we are given 1queen, 1 sofa bed and extra bed due to aircon issue. 3. Unit is small for 5pax because it's just a studio type room 4. We are expecting since it's a condo, guests are free to swim in the pool but unfortunately only 2pax has a free coupon. So you have to pay 100 each for the excess person. But we are 5pax, so we were given 4 coupons and we pay 100 for the extra. 5. A little bit disappointed to the owner, we tried to ask if we can leave our luggage after checking out because we still have a tour before going home and yes, He told us to leave it on the other unit but there's an hourly charge which we really expect that somehow a little bit of complimentary for the inconveniences such as (different room given, limited pool access) but unfortunately, nothing was given. To the owner, please be considerate sometimes. It's better to give your best to the guests so they will keep coming back. Anyway, thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at Hailey's Place. The unit owner was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and provided excellent coordination throughout our stay, even though everything was handled virtually. However, the registration process upon entering the building was quite chaotic. There were long lines, and the process was not well organized, especially considering the strict entry requirements. The free parking is also located quite far from the property. It is at McDonald's/Citadines, which is no longer part of the property's designated parking area, so we had to pay separately and arrange parking ourselves. It would be nice if future guests were given a little more information about the parking arrangements before arrival. Overall, despite the registration and parking inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay because of the owner's excellent communication and assistance.
