No clean sheet. Uncomfortable bed. Floors dirty (dead roach on floor.) Place was never cleaned once during entire stay. NO toilet paper and when requested the so-called host guy refused in a very rude and nasty way. They have changed the name to "Cultura Homes"attempting to conceal the fact that this is simply a dormitory and they've more than doubled their price since changing the name.

Disorganized staff. They don't provide toilet paper/hand soap. Dirty, cramped rooms & ensuite bathrooms that are not cleaned. Not "premium". Roaches & lots of ants in the house bc garbage can in kitchen has no lid. Kitchen lacks basic supplies like plates. Not worth it.

If your scrolling through looking at hostels and locations, stop here this is the one. It is midway between Santa Monica/Venice Beach and Union Station (Hollywood Universal Studios leaves from here) by way to the E line. Walking distance Grocery store, and 7 eleven (ATM) People were amazing Will who runs it is extra amazing easy to talk to and just a great guy. You will see some but look at location it says "Beverly Hills" or "Mid city" but really on Van Nuys (middle of nowhere) or South Central, seriously Google map it. These are honest people doing people right.

Positives: big, modern house that used to be nice. Spacious kitchen. Free washer/dryer. Functioning TV & wifi. Negatives: somewhat dirty. Stoves don't work properly. Neighborhood is dirty & probably unsafe. Travelers have to clean the bathrooms themselves but no cleaning products/gloves supplied. No hand soap/toilet paper in the bathrooms. Manager replenishes toilet paper when he feels like it. No pillows when I first arrived, had to ask for one. Some sketchy people staying there. Loud talkers in the kitchen & patio area late at night. People who break rules & disrespect roommates are allowed to stay.
