This was the perfect home away from home in the neighborhood so dear and kind to me can't wait to visit again

Customer service isn't answering; the automated system can't locate the reservation, and the manager got in touch an hour after my initial contact—by which time I had already checked into another hotel.

It’s a room in a complex with a bunch of other rooms in the same home. Hence why it says Hostel, which I’m aware of, but it gave me creepy vibes. I never once saw a staff member, and everything was done through text message. When I called to ask a question the gentleman who answered said “hello?” And I didn’t even know if it was the hotel or not…. They make you send a photo with your face and ID next to your face to check in, then text you a code for your room, and you get in from typing the code in each time.. there was a kitchen area for everyone to share which was nice, but nobody was using it. It was a quick in and out night for us and it was cheap, but I honestly wouldn’t stay here again. Oh and NO PARKING whatsoever! And good luck finding parking nearby… I mean seriously, that was probably the worst part
