I originally planned to stay at Rumi Hostel for a shorter time, but I ended up extending my stay again and again because I was genuinely happy with my experience here. The service was excellent, the rooms were always clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. It really started to feel like a home away from home during my time in Los Angeles.
I also have to mention Elise again because she is absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly kind, caring, friendly, and always ready to help. Her hospitality was honestly one of the main reasons I felt so comfortable extending my stay. She is easily one of the kindest people I met in LA.
The combination of great service, clean rooms, good breakfast, a welcoming atmosphere, and amazing staff made it very easy for me to keep choosing Rumi instead of moving somewhere else.
Thank you, Rumi Hostel, and especially Elise, for making my stay in Los Angeles such a positive experience. I would absolutely stay here again whenever I come back to LA. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had such a great experience staying at Rumi Hostel! The hostel was comfortable and welcoming, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was really good. It was a great place to stay while exploring Los Angeles.
I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Elise. She is truly amazing! She was always so kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Whenever I had a question or needed help with something, she was always happy to assist. She genuinely made me feel welcome and made my stay at Rumi even better.
Honestly, Elise is one of the kindest people I met during my time in Los Angeles, and Rumi Hostel is very lucky to have her.
Thank you to everyone at Rumi for such a pleasant stay, and especially to Elise for being such a wonderful person. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, great atmosphere, and amazing staff. I would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place is fine for what you are paying for, and if you need anything there’s a Ralph’s nearby. The experience will be dependent on your roommates, for example I booked a 4 person room and this fat lady kept coughing throughout the night and then snored so loudly for the entire night it was impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. The second night was fine and got some good sleep in.
