Less is more. Every room is a comfortable and quietly stylish, little suite with two big windows, a decently sized bathroom with a bathtub attached to a small, walkthrough closet and sink. The rooms are super quiet. You can't hear your neighbors or the street. Yay! Walking through the hallway, you can't hear anything, not even a loud TV (I tested it). The location is two blocks from the Beverly Hills shopping district.

Love the updated decor and vibe, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of the hotel, & that there is a Hertz rental there. Could use more snacks/drink options for purchase & more venting or the addition of air in the bathrooms. When taking a shower, getting ready, or using the toilet and the bathroom door is closed, it gets really hot in there. Absolutely no air coming into the bathroom area.

This is my 3rd time staying at this property. Always choose this hotel while visiting LA for my business trips. My reservation was made before the refurbishment and tebrand in Mar`24 and it includes breakfast. To my surprise, this is no longer the case now after they are named Burton House. I was given a $10 breakfast credit instead which is pathetic given the pricey items on the menu. I found out that other guests has $20! Why the double standard? It was mentioned on their website that tge renovation will be completed by end of April but they are still renovation the corridor and I was disturbed from my sleep at 7am! I had to use a different route to get to my room. Despite having a newly renovated room everything else suck. My experience has been unpleasant. Not recommending this property after the rebrand. Prefer the old one.
