The hotel offers the convenience of being in one of the most privileged locations in the city, very close to Rodeo Drive. It's a quiet, tree-lined, family-friendly, and seemingly safe area. There are pharmacies (CVS - 12 min walk), cafés, and various restaurants nearby on Beverly Dr. The hotel itself is very tucked away but cozy. I only used the room, which was spacious and tidy. My only downside is that it was a bit noisy at times.

I stayed for 4 nights at the hotel and I was extremely pleased. The breakfast they served was excellent. The hotel was clean, my room was cleaned daily and the staff that I met was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay again and have recommended the hotel to the organization I worked with while there.

Had the strangest interaction upon checking into this hotel -- staff member was on her break eating food in the dining area, no one else around. We come in directly from the airport and ask if we can check in. She says no, and that we can wait 25 minutes until she's finished with her break. It's literally only us 3 in the lobby. We awkwardly say okay and proceed to just sit there while she eats, watching her phone. We have a dinner to get to, so we literally have to get ready, brush our hair, do our makeup etc in the lobby directly in front of her while she eats. I've never received such strange hospitality. I understand breaks are important, but the place was empty and all we had to do was checkin and go up to our rooms. It was so strange and off putting.
