Sirtaj Hotel

I was very pleased with my stay in this small boutique hotel. The location is great, the staff were helpful, the price was reasonable and the desk was manned 24/7 if I needed anything. I will definitely stay there again.

This little Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. First of all Beth at the front desk is absolutely incredible. She bent over backwards to make you feel right at home. The hotel was absolutely spotless. The water pressure in the shower with the rain head or Amazing nicely. temperature controlled was very quiet highly recommend.

Was great value however the room we stayed in which was *** you could hear the people stating above you. Really quite noisy. The actual room and location was great. Shame the insulation of the property was not good. The parking is a rip off too we arrived at 18:30 and had to pay $40 but told by staff we had to leave the car park at checkout (11:00) although the car park we stayed in said it was for 24 hours!

Most of the staff are nice and prompt. They can't help that the owners skimp on everything and you can never reach them. There is no management at all! Everything is left to very inexperienced staff. The elevator is terrible and I'm not sure is up to code. The sign says handicapped. It holds one person with small luggage. You can't use all the amenities. They charge you for coffee which is OK but you can't help yourself like at all other hotels. You have to ask a staff member to get your coffee etc. What a joke. I'm not 5 years old!! There's only one person and if they leave the desk you just have to wait and wait like when they have to go open the gate from the garage so you can leave the parking garage with your car. I could go on and on about poor service, crappy facilities and even dangerous conditions. The bathroom is dreadful for anyone over 40. It's all concrete like tile. There's no room so you can easily stub your toes on the shower enclosure. It's raised off the floor. It's a huge tripping hazard in my opinion. I tripped on it this morning and crashed into the glass shower enclosure. Hit my side and head. I was dizzy and sore and had to lay down. I thought my head was bleeding but it wasn't. I did worry I suffered a closed head injury and wobbled down to the front desk. There's no panic button like setup in the room. The staff couldn't call a paramedic because the owner is apparently too cheap. They said I had to order an Uber etc and drive to an emergency room. The owner wouldn't even talk to me. Not a shred of empathy or sympathy. Only when I threatened to sue did they say to the staff person via text, they would refund my room costs for the 2 day stay. I asked the staff person to check on me at 8 as I wobbbled back up the cramppy elevator to my room to sleep a bit more. Ask to see the video of this if they even keep it! The staff person said she would heck on me 8 but never did before her staff change at 8. How could she forget that in 1 and 1/2 hours. Is it possible or even conceivable the ownership told her not to check on me? We'd have to ask that person if she was comfortable enough to tell the truth. The owners are not reachable and are totally hidden from the public. Who does that stuff? I have to go now but I could go on and on. Never ever stay at this hotel unless you are totally helpless. You'd do better sleeping on the street in my opinion; at least you wouldn't trip and be essentially left to fend for yourself after hitting your head. Good luck you all.
