We arrived at the hotel to the sound of Jack Hammers as the hotel is under renovation. The next day we found out the pool was closed for renovations too. (we booked the hotel for the pool photo on Agoda webstite) We tried to use the house vehicle on 5 occasions. It was available to us only on one occasion. The location is perfect and the staff were superb. The hotel and Agoda have a responsibility to inform their guests of this prior to booking and as such it should be fully refunded

Gorgeous and luxurious hideaway in Beverly Hills offering very spacious and well-appointed guest rooms (more like suites) with phenomenal bathrooms and dressing areas. Staff goes above and beyond to personalize each encounter. Although renovations were ongoing, they were minimally intrusive and will result in an even better hotel experience soon. I would be happy to return!

We can’t complain about the hotel at all - it’s clean, it’s very spacious with all nice amenities that you expect. But whenever you have a request or need support from the staff - you should not expect anything special. No further help should be given…! That’s a real pity…
