Check-in was fuss free, room access is by pin code, a little inconvenient that I have to take out my picture of the pin to key it in.
There is no water boiler in the room, or hot water dispenser in the building. Only way is to get hot water from a coffee machine from the front desk, which will be unmanned after 8:30pm.
Said hot water also tasted like coffee so there's that.
Room is basic. One down side is that the mirror is directly positioned opposite the bed so some might mind.
Location of hotel is slightly out of the city centre, and it is a slight walk (10-15min) from the tram station coming from the main train station, and the subway station going to the city centre.
Would not say that the price was the cheapest as well.
But it was a decent stay.

The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. But note that this is far from the city center. Though transportation in tram are easily accessible 5-minute walk from the property. We choose this becasue it is also near around 15min walk to the international bus terminal which we used for a daytour to slovakia and a transfer to budapest. So it is convenient with us. The room is well okay.

Location wise is close to St Marx train station from airport, it's very convenient. Across from the hotel there is a tram stop that's going straight to city centre.
