    We stayed for 2 nights. The staffs are friendly and helpful, and they provided snacks and hot beverages for 24hrs, really thoughtful and nice. So every time we were back from strolling around Vienna, we hang out first at the dining area and warm ourselves with warm chocolate or coffee. Felt like home!! What a delightful stays

    We had a lovely and comfortable stay in the Residence Inn. The room was big and spacious, good value for money. The staff especially Julietta was very warm and friendly.
