The hotel’s location is good. But the food we ordered while sitting at pool side. I ordered Veg club sandwich and I got wrap.. which was not expected at all.. it ruined my eating experience. If u did not have breads to make sandwich, you shiuld have informed me in advance

What should have been a relaxing family vacation turned into a stressful experience due to multiple service and room-related issues. Upon arrival, the reception was clearly short-staffed, and we had to stand in a long queue just to collect our room keys. Unfortunately, the room keys were handed over without verifying that everything in the room was functioning properly. When we reached our room, the air conditioning was not working. We tried calling room service, only to find that the room phone was also not working. I had to go back down to the reception, where I was asked to join the queue again. I was then informed that a maintenance technician would arrive in approximately 20 minutes. As we were exhausted from our journey and traveling with children who were becoming impatient, waiting for an uncertain repair was not practical. We therefore requested a room change. The replacement room we were given was noticeably smaller than the room category we had originally booked, but due to our exhaustion, we had no choice but to accept it. Later, I realized that the new room was not fully prepared. It was missing slippers and bathrobes. When I called reception, I was told that there was no support staff available after 8:00 PM and that I would need to come down to reception to collect these items myself. To make matters worse, we also experienced another air conditioning cooling issue one night in the replacement room, although it was eventually resolved. Overall, instead of enjoying our family vacation, I spent my time repeatedly dealing with room issues and following up with reception. A stay at a Hilton property should provide comfort, convenience, and reliable service. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below those expectations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future guests do not have to go through a similar experience.

I paid for 2 rooms with full kitchen but hotel arranged 2 rooms with no kitchen. I showed hotel reception my agoda bookinh but they said that booking does not work and base on my passport. I had no time to argue with hotel at that time. Disappointed.
