I loved my stay in this hotel. The receptionist spoke good English. I got a choice of rental bathrobes. The onsen was very nice! I recommend the hotel and the town of amanihashidate.

The hotel is about 15 mins walk from the JR station. It’s a bit aged but all the negative features are well balanced by the tenderness of the hotel management.
The grey-haired midage gentleman at the front desk was very, very helpful. Almost all restaurants around were closed in evenings. We asked for his help, he recommended, booked, then drove us to a restaurant miles away. We were then driven back to the hotel by his friend. I have never been served this way by any hotel in any country.
The room is big and all miner needs have been taken care of.
Hardware of the hotel is 3 star, but the software is 6 star. They derserve better business more customers.
