    Definitely will return! Stuff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed there for five days, and every evening at dinner, the staff prepared a different complimentary dish for us. The food was always fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. There was also a very wide selection of single-use toiletries and cosmetics available both in the room and in the public onsen, which was a really nice touch. Towels and other amenities were replaced every day. The bar was included as well, which made the stay even more enjoyable. There are two beaches close to the hotel. I especially recommend the beach located behind the hill — it is definitely worth visiting. The location is quite convenient: buses and taxis are available nearby, and there is a Lawson convenience store about a 5–7 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, the warm and attentive service, fresh food, generous amenities, and proximity to the beaches made our five-day stay very pleasant.

    The room is huge, deluxe and comfortable. The in room private open air natural hot spring bath is exceptional. The meals are excellent. The service is top class. Highly recommended. The hotel is very accommodative of change requests

    Livemax Resort Kyotango Sea Front is the perfect place for a relaxing seaside getaway. The ocean view is absolutely stunning—especially during sunset. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with private open-air baths that let you enjoy the sea breeze in peace. The staff were kind and accommodating, making the stay even more pleasant. It's a great spot if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Kyotango.

    The staff ruin the experience. Location is great, facilities are what I expected for the price. Night staff rude. Would not provide change for vending and told me there is a convenience store down the street. Would not allow me to buy snacks at the market shop. Would not allow leaving early with a refund due to poor staff service attitude. Have to schedule breakfast instead of showing up at your leisure. Dinner is too expensive for what they offer. Just not a good experience due to the staff and operation.
