Our 4 th time staying and never disappointed. Beautiful room, comfy bed, yummy breakfast and wonderful staff. Highly recommend over boring basic hotel rooms that cost even more, stay you won’t be disappointed

No, despite the label, this really isn’t some XXX rated venue. Just an old house that probably wouldn’t do well for families with small children. It’s a very nice inn with comfortable rooms in a quiet neighborhood within east walking distance of virtually everything in downtown Victoria. Has secure parking and they serve a nice breakfast to boot. We were very surprised at how nice this place was for what we paid. One of the nicest accommodations we’ve had virtually anywhere at any price. Will definitely be coming back.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the room. It was beautiful, comfortable and provided a restful atmosphere.
The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented, with lovely table flower. Additionally, your staff's friendliness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable.
