About this apartment rental
I've been doing Homeaway for a couple of years now and it has being going very well, with mostly 5 Star reviews.
This property is a 1- bedroom apartment in a quiet Victorian-period house in Terenure, a nice safe area in Dublin City, and is fully furnished with all mod cons: central heating, Wi-Fi etc. This apartment consists of a double bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and living room cum dining area. A private and secure designated parking space is provided, with access via remote control. It is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
This apartment is very conveniently located, being only a short bus journey to the city centre, with the bus stop directly outside the apartment. This includes a direct bus route to/from the airport from right outside the door. Terenure village is a 5 minute walk away, with many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, eateries and more. I have included photos of this apartment as well as local restaurants and attractions.
Laundry, cooking, WiFi, TV and private parking are all available in this apartment.

Quiet and roomy apartment, very comfortable and pleasant. Near bus stop and in a nice neighborhood off the tourist trail (though walking distance to Rathfarnham Castle). Terrific bakery just down the street, also Tesco and Aldi. Personable and helpful host.

It had a very good time and enjoyed my stay. John is a very friendly landlord. Bus station in front of the house. I felt very comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this ground-floor apartment in a nice part of Dublin. The apartment is wellmaintained, spotless, and very comfortable. The owner is very friendly and does his utmost to ensure you have everything you need for a pleasant stay.The location is almost perfect – the bus stops right in front of the apartment, making it very convenient to get around Dublin. Different supermarkets are on walking distance and there is a nice little coffeeshop (Black Sheep) across the street to fullfill all your cafeïne- and breakfast-needs.I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommended!
