Emplacement OK pour nous. Appartement relativement silencieux. Équipement cuisine complet.
Axe d'amélioration: mettre un chauffage d'appoint dans la salle d'eau, resserrer les robinets d'eau, réparer la serrure de la porte de la salle de d'eau. Avoir du chauffage quand vous arrivez en période hivernal serait un plus avec des convecteurs un peu plus récents et plus propres. Prévoir un cache pour le chauffe eau, car éclairé en permanence. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine donc pas de commentaire.

Emplacement idéal, appartement petit mais bien pensé, lit confortable
Une odeur désagréable dûe à l’installation de plomberie de l’évier de la cuisine défectueuse et un frigidaire à l’ouverture difficile. Des petits travaux simples permettrait d’améliorer facilement l’expérience dans votre appartement.
