It depends on what you are after as to whether Kooyong apartment 6 is for you. If you want somewhere to dump your stuff, sleep and shower then this might be the place. If you enjoy listening to your neighbours snore. Definitely the place. If you enjoy drifting off to sleep to the dulcet tones of dripping taps. Definitely the place. If the constant on/off of the hot water system is soothing to you. Definitely the place. If you enjoy a bedside light that sounds like a small generator. Definitely the place. If however you sleep like a dead log and wouldn't hear any of this anyway, then the location is perfect and the price is fair so book away and enjoy.
