The location is great. It is quiet but handy to everything. Great walks near by and the island bus picks up and drops off outside the door
The cleaners need a big shake up. We’ve stayed twice before and it’s been very clean. This time the aircon filter needed to be cleaned, the sliding doors haven’t been opened up and cleaned in a long time with chips along the skirting board. Cups chipped and not enough for everyone. Not enough towels. Cobwebs. Just really shoddy cleaning service.

The location was excellent easy walk to some of the key locations. Price was good
The bed was low and hard. Only one set of towels for a 6 night stay and no,pool towels. Pool area quite unsafe with pavers lifted from large tree roots.

Price. Comfortable. Large area for 2 people. All possible cooking utensils provided. Very comfortable bed. Easy to keep clean during stay. Walking distance to Stagedoor Theatre, beach and Arcadia Hotel.
Parking is available but not clearly marked so required co-operation of all tenants. Bit difficult to see street traffic when reversing out. Would be good to have numbers on units more clear for easy identification on arrival.
