Check-in and transportation to the site was really easy as the office is straight opposite the ferry terminal on arrival. Staff there were really helpful. The location of the apartment in Arcadia is perfect. Totally quiet (well except for curlews!), easy for walking to the shop, beach, and bus stop, and 100 yards from the start of the trails for seeing wildlife (especially the koalas). We found no need to rent a car - the bus service is outstanding

Location was great, walking distance to beach and pub. Easy drive to both ends of the island.
The master bed was very hard, would suggest a mattress topper would help with comfort.
The exhaust fan in the toilet/bathroom is ducted or connected with other units, which they must have left on as it was going 24/7, after the second day of our stay, even though we had the switch off in our unit. It was very noisy!
