Location is excellent - very unique and easy access to shops, buses and ferries.

We had some issues with the dishwasher and tv remote (both reported to the office during our stay). The lounge chair was great for a group however the dining chairs were not really comfortable enough to sit for too long. Also the bed arrangement was advertised as one double bed and four single beds - however it was set up as 3 double beds - I realize I could have requested the bed separation but didn't think it was needed as was advertised as all separated.

Stunning views, great space - large area

There was considerable water on the floor (near the kitchen - main to toilets and the bedrooms. It was due to alot of condensation - aircon (in the ceiling) which meant the tiles were extremely slippery. We were mlopping every 5-20mins. The size of the pool of water was about 1mtwx1mtr Also, the second bathroom was saturated including the towels. Very hazardous for all humans. This should be addressed asap before serious harm is caused.

Property is tired for charging $5k for a week Missing light and fan remotes, light in bedroom couldn’t be turned on due to no remote, toilet light kept going out, light on middle fan wouldn’t turn off in lounge, seal on dishwasher kept coming unattached, stove takes ages to heat, bathroom tiles look tired and mouldy, just run down for the price. Needs some small updates looks like it has just been let go. Was exactly the same as 5 years ago
