BIG4 Tasman Holiday Parks - Rowes Bay

Nice location, recently renovated cabin by the looks of it, good to have your car immediately out front and access to the beach. Very quiet, even on school holidays, couldn't hear other guests or traffic which is a bonus as the park was packed.

I don't believe the floor were cleaned properly from previous guest/s. My young kids were crawling around and their clothing had black all over it. Pillows could probably be replaced. Very, very flat. Would be handy if the bathroom sink had a shelf above it or space to put soap and toiletries instead of the cupboards.

We ended up in an accessible cabin, which was 3 bedrooms (which we wanted). The size of the cabin is amazing. Location, beautiful across the road from the beach.

Being a wheelchair accessible unit the bathroom was open plan allowing for chair access. This being said, 1 smallish bath mat was supplied and there was no mop in the cabin to wipe the floors when wet. The unit has a beautiful deck with bbq facility and a full kitchen with oven, however, there are no trays or similar to use in the oven or to put your cooked bbq dinner in for serving. One of the chairs in the lounge room, the cushion was all frayed( to the point the stuffing is sticking out) and every time we sat on the chair it sounded like it was going to break. There are lamps beside the bed in one of the main rooms, however only 1 works as there is no PowerPoint on the other side of the bed. On arrival I found it not very welcoming, the staff were not friendly, just clinical in doing their job.

The shower didn't have a door and flooded the bathroom and there was a suprise 300 dollar security deposit which was told in my emails or on the website
