The realestate lady was so nice and organised she made it a breeze for us thank you so much for a very enjoyable holiday stay so relaxing and kind staff

My partner and I could not complain as every thing was great clean n tidy and very peacefull

Best Magnetic really were helpful and friendly (gave us two sets of keys which lots of hotels won’t do) prompt service Very clean Convenient & practical - complete kitchen & hot shower

furniture was “getting what we paid for” minimally functional for a budget price + spa bath in the advertisement was not there (must be a different room in the photo advertisements)

The property is in a good location in Arcadia- close to Alma Bay and the shops.

The ensuite was a bit small. There wasn’t a shower rack to put soap on.

great location close to amenities and walking distance to feed the lovely rock wallabies 🦘

the BBQ had been left in a filthy condition and we didn't use it (have photos of what it looks like). the pool was refreshing but the paving and fencing were in terrible unsafe condition. the gate would not pass a safety inspection and pavers around the pool and leading to the unit were loose and very uneven posing trip hazard. leaves in the pool and skimmer box hadn't been cleared out for several days. there were no extra towels or bath mats despite our stay being 5 nights. the floor while it looked clean had not been washed as when we put the bath at down to catch water when returning from the pool it was quite dirty after. some of the glasses and other crockery had been put away unclean so required washing prior to use. I have attached photos of pavers, pool gate that didn't shut automatically and the BBQ how it was left for us.
