About this apartment rental

This is a beautiful, clean and very artsy & eclectic apartment exclusively designed and created for hosting guests. Not used by owner. This apartment is on the second floor of a building that has 4 apartment units. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 5 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. It has a spacious separate bedroom and separate large living room, full bathroom and spacious kitchen.

The property and the host are absolutely amazing and wonderful!! The place is gorgeous and pet friendly. The air conditioner system throughout the home is so very accommodating and certainly comfortable. This is our third time to stay there and we're already looking forward to the fourth with ourselves or guest we may have visiting. Thumbs up! Class act!

Met me there to answer any questions and welcomed me! Other folks i met in neighbor hood and that stayed were just as nice! It was nice to have a quiet snd cozy area!
