Gorgeous historic home with 2 apartments, this one is at the front of the house and is very spacious. High ceilings, hardwood floors, plenty of windows and a front porch. The decor is modern yet melds with the timeless surroundings. Restaurants and bars are 1 block away as this home is situated at the beginning of the entertainment district. A large king bed in the bedroom and a new sleeper sofa in the large living room are waiting for your visit.
