Booking process was easy. Had to reach out to owner to obtain check in information. Arrived at location and grass was very long, we understood there has been some rain over the prior days; however, owners live across the street and their grass was appropriate length. Appreciated there was an off-street parking driveway. The front porch area needs a power wash due to mold and mold smell - evidence of a wipe down was there but needs to be cleaned in order to enjoy it. Thankfully the inside of the home did not smell moldy. The house was well appointed and pretty clean. Some deeper dusting should occur on bath vanity doors, toilet paper holders etc. The light-colored couch had evidence of several stains on it and the upstairs carpeting had many small stain marks. I was thankful the couple that was to come with us didn't so we could work around this. Master bedroom bed was not comfortable, and the pillows need to be replaced. Also suggest heavier curtains or blinds to block out light in master bedroom. The location was not super close/walkable to downtown restaurants/bars. Neighborhood was quiet and love the historic designation. This property worked for us as a place to stay for a few days; however, I would not say this is "10" exceptional by any means.
