I like the location! It was very convenient to where we needed to be. I also like that the back yard was fenced in.
It was a little more worn down than the pictured show. But I’m assuming that’s with age.

The location was wonderful. The beds were good. It was a quiet neighborhood.
The master closet was locked so we had nowhere to hang our clothes. The faucet in the master bath was not working on the cold side. We fixed it temporarily so we could use the bath. Several of the light switches were not screwed into the wall and the kitchen was very small. The door handles for rooms and the front door kept falling off. Those need to be fixed.

I mean it was clean but that’s about the only positive
Broken doors, uneven floors, bad location even saw people dealing and using drugs, property management did not fulfill request of fixing doors and even broken outlets that caused safety issues.
