VICTORIA HOUSE DOWNTOWN1br Apt

Super cute place and very spacious!! Walkable to restaurants and bars, able to bring my cats which was a plus! Easy checkin, lots of parking. Would reccomend!

This was our second stay at Victoria House and it was as cozy as we remembered. The neighborhood, building and unit are super charming and well equipped. The furniture was moved around since last we were there.The bed now sits in the front room when you initially enter the apartment which was surprising and not ideal since the kitchen is in the same room. The prior set up with the bed in what is now in the living room was more comfortable and made for cozier sleeping arrangements especially for light sleepers. However, this is a minor issue and we will most likely stay here again next time we're in Mobile since it's overall one of the best rentals we've encountered. It's clean, well appointed, perfectly situated and fairly priced. Ken is a great host, and the check in couldn't be easier.

This was the second time I have stayed at this property but have stayed many times at Ken’s other property. His property is always my favorite.

Communication was good on our stay. Location was okay but a little uneasy with all of the homeless on the street and some places abandoned or not maintained. Glad my husband was with me. I know the building is old however I feel it could have been much cleaner. Drawers had crumbs in them and other places had a lot of dust. The bed also sinks in the middle with 2 people in it.
