Welcome to this beautiful holiday home, the ideal place to relax, enjoy the beach, go to the market and do all the other activities you love to do during your stays. 600 metres from the large beach of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, you are well located: close to the Ocean and in the calm of the seaside resort in a dead end.
Outside, you have a garden and a terrace with garden furniture and two sunbeds to sunbathe, sleep, read, or any other activity that can help you relax!
When you enter the house, you discover a comfortable living room / dining room with a television. Through the opening, you then arrive in the fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, microwave, mini oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and all the utensils you may need.
On the night side, the house has two rooms in a row (you have to go through one to get to the other) and two shower rooms, one of which has a toilet. A separate toilet is also available in the accommodation for added convenience.
For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine, a radio, and a private parking space.
