"La Petite Sardine," a House Near the Sea

A traditional fisherman's house dating from the 1960s.

Nestled between the river and the sea, this house is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the beach. There are numerous bike paths and hiking trails near the house, promising some lovely walks.
The Accommodation
With a total area of just over 58 m², the house consists of:
- A 22 m² living room and a 10 m² kitchen opening onto the living room
- A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and everything you need for cooking (including dish towels, a sponge, dish soap, and paper towels to help you start your vacation off right).
Living Room / Dining Room: 1 sofa, 1 armchair, 1 TV, 1 table with 4 chairs + 2 stools available in the kitchen
Separate toilet
Bathroom with 1 shower, 1 sink (provided: hand soap to start your stay, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person + 1 shower mat) and 1 washing machine
1 bedroom with 1 bed measuring 160x200 cm + nightstands (shutters on the window)
1 bedroom with 1 140x190 cm bed + 1 90x190 cm loft bed (shutters on the French door)

An outdoor area at the front and another at the back of the house; an outdoor table with 6 chairs and a charcoal grill with the necessary tools are provided (please bring your own bag of charcoal)
