About this house rental
In the Jaunay district, come and enjoy a stay in our pavilion. Ideally located 800m from the beach, you can also enjoy the center of Saint Gilles and its shops 5 minutes away. All trips can be done on foot or by bike.
You can benefit from a very sunny private courtyard as well as a parking space in the garage and 2 outdoor spaces on the property.
The accommodations are composed of two separate parts allowing independence if needed.
The main part consists of a dining-living room, fitted and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a bedroom with a 160 cm bed on the first floor.
Upstairs is a bedroom equipped with a 140 cm bed and adjoining it, a second bedroom with bunk beds. A toilet is located on the landing.
In the second part there is a kitchen, a living room (with sofa bed) and a shower room with toilet on the first floor. Upstairs you have a bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed isolated in the adjoining room.
In the inner courtyard you can have an outdoor lounge and a barbecue area (gas).
Adjoining the garage, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, sink and beach shower.
We can offer 2-3 bikes free of charge.
We also offer household linen
- bed linen: 12€/ bed
- towel (large towel, small towel and washcloth): 6€/person
- kitchen linen (dish towel and hand towel): 6€
A deposit of 900€ will be required on arrival containing a part of 800€ in case of damage and a second part of 100€ for cleaning. These two parts will be returned to you respectively on departure and after the inventory of fixtures.
