In a courtyard, recently renovated independent studio comprising equipped kitchen, bedroom with a trundle double bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, television, terrace with table chairs and deckchair.
Close to old St Gilles, beach, port, train station, restaurants, shops, markets, supermarket, casino, everything is on foot.
On arrival the bed is made, the bathroom linen placed in the bathroom.
For 2 people only, no pets and no smoking. Arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures no later than 11 a.m.
This residence is not our main residence.

Très bon accueil de Lydie avec en bonus un petit cadeau d'arrivée. Le logement correspond bien à l'annonce. Mer et commerces sont accessibles en marchant. Avec les vélos c'est encore mieux. Avec la canicule nous avons apprécié la sortie extérieure.

un séjour vraiment très agréable, les propriétaires sont très gentils, logement fonctionnel ,mignon, très propre, proche de la grande plage ,du centre ville et du centre commercial sans utiliser la voiture pour se déplacer. je recommande chaudement ce logement.
