About this house rental
Ideally located in a quiet alley in the city center, this warm house allows you to fully enjoy Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie without using the car. The beach, the port, the shops and the market are within walking distance in a few minutes.
On the first floor, the main room of 35 m² consists of a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), a lounge area equipped with a wood stove. You will also find a pantry with a toilet, sink and a washing machine.
Ideal pool for refreshment and relaxation – perfect for families and after the beach.
The living room opens onto a south-facing fenced wooden terrace including an XXS swimming pool (240 cm wide, 110 cm deep) and a bicycle shed.
Upstairs:
- Master suite equipped with a private shower, a 160 x 200 bed
- 1 bedroom equipped with 2 beds of 90 x 200, possibility of making a bed of 180 Italian style
- 1 bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed
- 1 bathroom with a toilet

- Beach at 900 m (about 10 minutes walk)
- Shops, bakeries, restaurants in the immediate vicinity
- Port, auction, market and entertainment within walking distance
- Cycle paths nearby to discover the Vendée coast

A deposit of 800 €uros will be requested on arrival of your stay, which will be returned to you on departure. You will also be asked for a deposit of 100 € for cleaning, which will be returned to you after the inventory of fixtures.

What a fantastic house, in a beautiful part of France. Spacious bedrooms, and a lovely modern bathroom. Kitchen had everything needed, even a Senseo coffee maker. The house stayed cool even when it was getting warmer outside, although the garden with it's plunge pool got the sun all day long. We took our own folding loungers, although there are a couple of deck chairs. Excellent hosts to communicate with, and Adeline and Vincent provided loads of helpful information. Parking is nearby, and while there is a free car park, if there are activities in St Gilles, you might have to move. There is a bit of trekking back and forward with cases/food shop etc, but the location makes up for it. There are at least 10 good restaurants within 200yds, as well as a boulangerie and a butcher. And St Gilles is such a lovely town. Would highly recommend a stay with the nearby beach, various places to visit within 30 mins, and this lovely house to come back to.

Small but perfectly formed property.
The hosts were easily contactable and really helpful with arrival and settling in.
The property itself was really clean and had everything you could want with a great terrace. The location is perfect for the market, restaurants and beach.

Waouh ! Nous avons passés d’excellentes vacances dans cette charmante petite maison avec sa terrasse et sa piscine. Saint Gilles Croix de Vie est une charmante ville pleine de surprise et d’activités en tout genre. La proximité de la plage des restaurants et du marché nous a permis de laisser notre voiture sur un parking non loin de la maison pour la semaine et à vélo nous avons pu profiter pleinement du paysage.
La maison est très bien équipées, il n’y a rien à ajouter. Très propre, cosy et décorée avec beaucoup de goût par des hôtes plus que sympathiques.
Belle découverte qui donne envie de revenir vite vite …

Maison très agréable et très calme au coeur de la ville, tout est a proximité. Le seul point négatif est le stationnement mais malgré cela j'y retournerais avec plaisir.
