About this house rental

Welcome to this house of character, in the heart of the city center, spacious, on one level completely renovated in 2015.

Area 95 m²
Capacity: 6 people
NEW FOR 2018: Internet access
Convenience:
- 5 min from the bakery, a supermarket and the St Gilles market (Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday),
- 500 m from the port,
- 800 m from the station,
- 20 min walk from Grande Plage.
Everything can be done on foot or by bike.

House including:
- fitted kitchen area: 3 induction plates and hood, electric oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, storage units;
- 50 m² living room: tables, 8 chairs, sofa bed, sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen TV;
-bedroom 1: 140 bed, closet / wardrobe;
-bedroom 2: two single beds, a cupboard / wardrobe;
Baby equipment available: high chair, travel cot, cane stroller;
-bathroom: vanity unit with storage, shower cubicle, heated towel rail;
-w. vs. with hand basin;
-cellier: sink, tub, washing machine;
- bicycle storage room (rental of 2 adult bikes possible, 30 euros / bicycle);
-courette: garden furniture, plancha, parasol.

Parking possible in front of the house.
Non smoking rental,
Pets not allowed.
Cleaning fee deposit: 100 euros.
Weekly rental for the months of July and August only and not per night.
Tourist tax payable locally (3% of community tax x
 cost of the overnight stay per taxable person + 10% additional departmental tax)
Rental contract provided by myself to complete and sign.

Logement état neuf à 200 mètres du pont (Concorde), rue calme. Tout est accessible à pied. Le parking est public donc prévoir.
