Noirmoutrine traditional house "La Maison D'été" located in a private area of eight houses in the North East of the island, very close to the beach. Barely 100 m to cover in order to be enchanted both by the blue of the ocean and the rhythm of the tides. Fans of shore fishing will be delighted ... You will discover the magnificent beaches of Les Sableaux, sheltered from westerly winds.
The house is on the border of the Mullenbourg nature reserve, a preserved place where you will be woken up by the songs of birds.
On foot, it will take you 15 minutes through the enchanting marshes to reach the center of Noirmoutier on the island, and by bicycle allow less than 5 minutes.
The house was completely renovated in 2018 and benefits from all the attentions so that you can spend an unforgettable stay.

Notre séjour à "La Maison D'été" a été parfait. La maison était propre à notre arrivée, spacieuse (pour 5 adultes, 2 enfants, un bébé), très bien équipée et idéalement située à 100 mètres de la mer et 5 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Noirmoutier. Olivier, le propriétaire, a été très réactif et disponible afin de répondre à toutes nos questions. Nous recommandons fortement cette belle maison traditionnelle décorée avec goût.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette propriété très bien située par rapport aux plages des sable aux, Dames, Anse rouge. Accès centre ville par la route des marais agréable.
Propriété bien entretenue avec un très beau jardin et de belles terrasses avec des situations différentes.
Parmi les points négatifs on a relevé l’absence de placards à vêtements dans l’une des chambres et matériel de cuisine à completer (dont notamment théière, presse agrumes, couteaux qui coupent….) et merci d’équiper la maison du bac à emballages plastiques et autres afin d’éviter aux locataires les déplacements fréquents au point poubelles certes non éloigné……

Haben mit unseren Freunden eine erholsame Woche verbracht. Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus.
Lediglich die Lage stimmt nicht mit der Annonce überein. Das Haus befindet sich nicht in l’herbaudière. Es liegt Nähe des Strandes „Plage des Dames“. L’âge sehr gut. 10 Minuten mit dem Rad bis ins Stadtzentrum von Noirmoutier.

Maison très jolie et très agréable, on s'y sent comme à la maison. Très bien située proche de la plage. Nous y retournerons sans problème.
