Contrary to the incorrect information in the first line of the ad, the house “Les Bouées” is located 150 meters from La Linière Beach and 500 meters from the charming port of L’Herbaudière (local shops, restaurants, weekly market in season), making it possible to enjoy a vacation where “everything is within walking distance.” The center of Noirmoutier is 5 km away and can also be reached via bike paths.
The location is ideal for exploring the island of Noirmoutier and enjoying its many attractions.
Terrace and landscaped garden with trees and flowers, facing south, with a lovely patio. You’ll have access to a barbecue, garden chairs, a parasol, and an electric awning.
For cooler days, the house is comfortable and cozy, with electric underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove.
The house is bright, spacious, tastefully furnished, and very well equipped for guests of all ages. 5 bedrooms, 5 shower rooms, and 5 restrooms, 3 of which are separate.
