About this house rental
Family house with 6 bedrooms 5 minutes walk from the city center and ten minutes by bike from the beaches. Each room has a shower. Two on the ground floor, four upstairs. 4 WC. Twelve beds. Three double bedrooms, two twin beds and a room with bunk beds. Large living room in L with kitchen dining room and lounge open on sheltered wood terrace facing south.
An AGA cast iron cooker will quickly become the center of the house: a smooth kitchen and gentle warmth. You will find a recipe book adapted to its particular cooking: leg of 8 hours to provide, pancakes in the morning.
Rent or bring bicycles to walk on the bike paths of the whole island or reach the beaches in less than 10 minutes. You will even find a typical trailer for the race and beach bags.
Game room with table football, billiards.

House ideally located: in the town you are 'throw' restaurants, the market, the castle, film (new every week), while remaining close to the beaches, the sailing club and tennis.
Ideal for families with children of all ages or for holidays or weekend with friends. Perfectly equipped: washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine mixer, two fridges with large freezers.
At 1 km 1/2 the Ladies Beach and its famous pier will allow you to sin. The beaches of Old and rocks await you during high tides for clamming. 7 km Beach Luzeronde will allow you to surf, the windsurfing, kite.

We enjoyed a fabulous holiday right in the centre of Noirmoutier with all restaurants, bars, harbour and shops just a short stroll away. The beaches were a 15/20 minute walk or a 5 min drive in the car. The house was extremely spacious and easily accommodated our party of 12, only slight issue was that there didn't seem to be enough hot water for 12 people to have a shower in the evening! The internet connection was not great, but we were able to access it some of the time. We hadn't realised that the bedding and towels were not included at the accommodation but we were able to purchase some at the nearby supermarket. All in all a great place to stay, we loved Noirmoutier and will definitely return!
