The apartment consists of a large living room, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large kitchen. Each room has air conditioning.
It is located in the central and elegant district of Dorsoduro and overlooks the beautiful canal "Rio de S. Vio" where you will also find a gondola service.
It is a two minute walk from the Fondamenta delle Zattere where the walks in the sun are a destination for both tourists and Venetians: you will find famous ice cream parlors and restaurants that overlook the Giudecca canal.
On foot you can easily reach the Rialto Bridge or Piazza San Marco
The area is well served by restaurants, pizzerias, cafés and various shops.
In a few minutes walk you arrive at the Accademia bridge, the Palazzo Loredan Cini museum, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection on the Grand Canal, the Punta della Dogana or the Basilica della Salute, designed by Baldassarre Longhena, where on November 21 feast of the Madonna della Salute.
In this house lived the painter Marco Novati active in the early '900, of which you can find some works in the Cà Pesaro museum - grand palace on the Grand Canal.
