Beautiful private dwelling in a quiet road of orchards. Close enough to drive to all the sights in Kerikeri. Comfortable bed, nice linen, tastefully decorated. Lazy boy chairs. Perfect for two. Has microwave and hob but no oven, you might want to take your air fryer. Amazing pressure in the shower. Big TV, Netflix, YouTube, Freeview.Off street parking. A lovely hostess, Pam. I would definitely stay again.

From the day we arrived to the day we left the property Pam, Rob and the family dog plus the hens were all very friendly especially to our 2 grandchildren who stayed with my husband and i on the last day. The studio blew me away with its rustic art pieces and wall pictures. The pottery was also something worth looking at. After arriving from Auckland where life can be fast it was a pleasure to come into the country where everything is green, clean and healthy and quiet. The unit was especially inviting so clean and accommodating. We were close to most places we visited. The children enjoyed following the hens around the paddock. Playing with the family dog and swimming by the Bridge on Landings Rd. They splashed and jumped into the water that was only waist-high if you are 5 years old. We would definitely come back again. The perfect studio room for a couple to relax. Private, quiet, rural outlook, very clean and comfortable. Short driving distance to the Kerikeri town centre and to tourist destinations. A half hour drive to Kaikohe to hire ebikes to explore the coast to coast bike trail. Highly recommended!

Relaxing in Kerikeri.

Relaxing in Kerikeri.

This large studio unit is really comfortable, clean and cosy. The morning sun streams in making it a pleasant place to stay in the cooler months. The location in the country, but only 7 minutes from Kerikeri, is quiet and private. Hosts, Pam and Rob are close by with advice if required. We stayed two nights but would love to have stayed longer. An added bonus for us was being able to charge our EV over night.

We had a good time staying here, the orchard aspect was very nice and it had all the things we needed to cook. One downside was being left without power for most of one of the days we were here and on the other days, had minimal hot water so were having cold showers. The hosts were lovely and the location is great, comfy bed and a huge TV. Thanks for having us.

If you're looking for tranquility while on holiday then the Boat House is a must. It has everything you need and is only a short easy drive to the city. Pleasant decor. Great water pressure in the shower which was awesome after long hot walks. Added bonus was meeting Ted (new puppy). Pamela and Rob were very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend and one day hope to be back.

Very very frindly landlords. The studio is one big room with everything you need. A nice view from the porch to the garden. By car it's not far to Kerikeri and only half an hour to Waitangi and Paihia. A lot of great walks to several falls.

Ideal accomm for the night. the B a B process is a bit thwarted with rigmarole ie we could not seem to email direct and there was no contact number for the owner. it all had to be directed through B a B probably just like this so it makes it a bit harder to have last minute contact.

The boat house was all we had expected and more. What a lovely place to spend a few days to sight see and unwind at the end of the day. A really delightful property and Pam certainly has an eye for decor. We couldn’t have been more comfortable and really enjoyed meeting Pam and Rob who were wonderful hosts. Enjoyed our stay in Kerikeri. The weather and property were great. Very comfortable bed and good water pressure with the shower. Lovely hosts, very friendly and welcoming. Very sunny with lovely views over the orchard. The garden smelt amazing with all the blossoms on the fruit trees. Totally recommend.
