About this villa rental
Independent villa of 50 m² with all mod cons with an exceptional view over the valley and the village of Contes. Private terrace with access to the property's 11mx5 swimming pool. 50m with swim against the current for massages.
The villa "LE PANORAMIQUE" is composed of a living room with sofa, 90 cm bed, table and chairs, a fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, 4 gas burners, microwave, fridge, freezer and all the necessary kitchen. In the bedroom is a 140 cm bed. The bathroom is composed of a shower, a basin and a toilet. Two large French windows give wonderful clarity, one opening onto the 25 m² private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue overlooking the valley of the paillon.
If you want to relax on a deckchair around the swimming pool between the olive trees cut in bonsai and the banana trees, drink an appetizer on your terrace while admiring the unspoilable view on the valley of the paillon, the landscaped garden and the swimming pool or make a barbecue the sweetness of Mediterranean evenings; here is what you will find with us between sea and mountains.
Spend a leisurely afternoon with a good book on the terrace or by the pool and enjoy the view. Otherwise, many outdoor activities in the surrounding area await you. If you are a connoisseur of peppers, come to us, we will show you several varieties of peppers.
Discover the different hiking trails nearby, fish or swim in the river 'le Paillon' or go down to Nice to enjoy the sea which is only 20 kms away or Monaco, Menton, Italy and Cannes as you can reach in less than 45 minutes. Gite très agréable avec une grande piscine et un très beau paysage.
Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous avons fait de très belles balades.
Nous reviendrons sûrement, je recommande.

Beau logement, bien équipé, superbe vue de la terrasse. Piscine top, rien que pour nous...Nous avons aussi apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse de Régine et Bernard...Nous reviendrons.

Heel vriendelijke eigenaars! Mooi en rustig gelegen zwembad. Er mocht wel wat meer keukenraad zijn (weinig glazen en keuken accessoires). Voor ons lag de gîte iets te afgelegen.

Bendejun, voor de meeste Hollanders is een rit naar boven net even wat anders dan een ritje naar de Vaalserberg.
Ben je boven, dan is het uitzicht , de warmte van Régine en Bernard, de volledig ingerichte Gite en de zachte verkoelende bries de garantie voor een fijn verblijf.
Bernard is een meester in het kweken van grote tomaten, volgens ons geeft hij ze whiskey voor de groei, en natuurlijk zijn paprika's.
Het zwembad is heerlijk, jammer dat in de omschrijving op de site niet aangegeven wordt dat het zwembad tussen 12.00 uur en 14.00 uur niet gebruikt mag worden, ivm onderhoud of gebruik door Régine en Bernard. Ook op zondag is het niet de bedoeling dat je gaat zwemmen want tot 17.00 uur is er onderhoud aan het zwembad, zoals in het briefje op de koelkast staat.
Wat missen we er, eigenlijk niets, je kan nog denken aan een klein oventje, om even wat warm te maken, maar het is echt een volledig ingerichte Gite.
Parkeren doe je bij je Gite, maar je moet de auto wel even draaien alvorens weer weg te kunnen want je moet stijl omhoog en dat gaat vooruit makkelijker dan achteruit.
Geniet van Nice, parkeer in de garage van een warenhuis bijvoorbeeld Nice Etoile, ingang aan de Boulevard Dubouchage hoek Reu Lamartine en ga te voet door de Italiaanse sfeer van de oude binnenstad.
Als je naar de Citadel wil kan je gratis met de lift naar boven, ( is in de oude waterput gebouwd) even zoeken wat zit beetje verscholen, en met de trap naar beneden en dan heb je een geweldig uitzicht over Nice. Ben je voor het eerst in Nice neem een fiets rondrit en je weet gelijk waar wat zit.
Dus niet verder meer zoeken maar deze Gite boeken!
