About this house rental
house in a medieval village in the hinterland of Nice, facing south and overlooking a beautiful garden with arbor, reserved for tenants. quiet and sunny, enjoying a breathtaking view of the Pre-Alps ... The layout of the house is as follows: on the 1st level: living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom.
2nd level: 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
There are about 12 steps to access the 1st level, therefore raised above the garden and then 1 floor to access the bedrooms.
The house is located in Berre itself but not in the small streets of the village; the entrance is place Bellevue.
The rental price does not include the supply of linen or the cleaning costs which may be requested in addition. During certain periods (March-April or September October) a supplement for heating can be requested as an option.
Pets are accepted for an additional € 30 per animal

The owner Martine and her husband are a friendly and helpful couple, The house is two storey with high ceilings, has a marble staircase two toilets and a long balcony with wonderful views over the mountains. The kitchen is very well equipped for self catering with a dining table and everything you might need including a coffee machine and a salad spinner. The large window provides a lovely view over the garden and the mountains beyond. The bathroom is modern and has a very good walk in shower and the bedrooms are a good size and of course have fine views. The balcony is large and can be accessed from a door off the lounge and from further patio doors off the hallway. The balcony is a great place to eat whilst observing life in this medieval village. There is a grocers shop and two hotel restaurants which serve inexpensive meals or just a coffee or glass of wine. Berre-Les-Alpes provides a wonderful retreat in a friendly village with good walks.
