We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely property. The hosts, Regine and Bernard, were very kind and helpful. The studio was perfect for two people,with all modern conveniences and it was very clean. The yard and the big pool ( maybe the biggest in Bendejun) were very well maintained. This is a quiet place with lots of green and beautiful views. A perfect location if you want to get away from the city noise. We may return again next year.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte : le grand calme, une vue magnifique, une piscine très agréable. C'est un bon point de départ pour visiter la région : Nice et les villages de l'arrière pays notamment. La route d'accès grimpe bien, en lacets : la voiture est indispensable et il vaut mieux éviter de la faire plusieurs fois par jour... Il manque un grille-pain dans le gîte n°1..... Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et discrets, leur gros chat également.... En conclusion tout cela est très positif.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours agréables dans ce petit village à 30 min du tumulte et de la vie trépidante de Nice. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse avec vue panoramique, la piscine exposée au soleil toute la journée, le calme de l'endroit, la moustiquaire au-dessus du lit , la discrétion des propriétaires mais qui n'hésitent pas à vous renseigner ou faire un brin de causette dès votre demande. Situation idéale pour visites touristiques ( Les gorges de la Vésubie, Le parc aux loups, villages pittoresques : Peillon, Berre-les-Alpes, Tourette-sur-Loup, Gourdon,..) Nice (où il vaut mieux vous y rendre en tram ). Gîte à recommander aux amoureux de la nature, venez, vous ne serez pas déçus.

VRBO description is misleading. Subsequently when cross referenced to owners website advertised in the property i.e. second gite on-site, pool shared with non-holidaying tenants and therefore not private, riverbank view did not exist. During our first week owners dog was left on lead alone for long periods of time leading to its incessant barking and whining. Following our complaint on the second week dog was removed from site. The gite benefitted from a mosquito net, WiFi and was a well appointed compact studio.
