L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux, calme. Une des trois chambres disposent de futons, les deux autres de literies, fermés mais agréables. La salle de bain, style onsen.
L'appartement est un peu éloigné des différents points d'attraction de Kyoto. Même si les combinis alentours permettent de gérer l'essentiel et les différents bus a proximité facilitent les trajets.

中庭とお風呂ベッドが快適でコンパクトで良かった
アメニティのくし、ふきん、ハサミ、小鍋、炊飯器、小皿、調味料類、皿が少なかったおぼんが無かったのがとても残念だった。

口コミどおり、とてもよかったです。チェックインは外国人（日本語は流暢）の方が笑顔で手短に説明をしてくれました。コンビニや駐車場が近く、室内の設備類も清潔で快適でした。他の口コミで、吹き抜けなので暖かい空気が二階（寝室）へいき一階は寒いとありましたが、電気ヒーターがあり足元を温めることができました。お風呂へ入る時はその電気ヒーターを脱衣室へ持っていくことで、入浴前後の寒さを解消できました。
隣室の音漏れ（階段を歩く音や話し声）が少し気になりましたが、お互い様かなと思い評価には入れていません。 ドリップコーヒー以外（お茶など）もあればなお良しです。室内は少し暗めで（雰囲気はありますが）、テーブル上などに明かり（後から設置するのが難しいならスタンドタイプの照明など）があるといいなと思いました。

とても綺麗でした。 ２泊分のタオルを用意してくださったのでタオルに困らずよかったです。 鏡もライトが付いていたのでメイクの確認もしやすくよかったです！ 多頭飼いなのでペット料金がなくありがたいです。
フローリングとかではなく床が石な点。 愛犬と一緒に泊まらせていただいたので愛犬が足から身体が冷えてしまって体調を崩してしまったので… 古民家系なので深夜の人の声に犬がびっくりしてしまうので結構筒抜けなのかなあと…
