The size and furniture and equipments
The technical support, when AC had an issue, I and my family spent a night without it in such hot summer.
Additionally the cover of the swimming pool area broke due to rains we had but no body responded to me to fix it

spacious home
the water in the pool and whirlpool were extremely cold. I called the management asking to turn on the heater in the whirlpool and the answer was they would charge additional 200$ to do so for 2 days remaining of the booking. I did not accept this condition.
the main advertisement of this house is its pool and whirlpool.
