To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essential items upon arrival. These are intended to cover your first night and initial needs.

* One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
* Paper towels
* Dish soap
* Hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, and soap
Please note that additional supplies will be needed for the remainder of your stay, and we recommend bringing or purchasing any personal items according to your preferences.
WE DON’T PROVIDE SALT OR PEPPER
Extra services
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $70 (for up to five nights). Please note that the heater warms both the pool and the jacuzzi simultaneously. The water may take up to 24 hours to heat completely, so we recommend arranging and paying for this service in advance. And if your property has a grill, please note that it has a $29.95 fee.
Want to check in early or have a late checkout? Let us know one days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Pet friendly
Most of our homes, including this one, are pet-friendly, and we do not charge any fees for bringing your pets along. However, we kindly request that pets not climb on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied to your card on file for any violations of this rule.
We would also like to inform you that all reservations must be made by an individual over the age of 21 years old.

Have full access to the Hideaway Clubhouse at Storey Lake amenities, just sign in at the entrance of the clubhouse. The Hideaway Club offers pools, a lazy river, a splash pad, restaurant and bar, a fitness center, and more! The address to the clubhouse is 4715 Kings Castle Cir, Kissimmee, FL 34746.

This property was clean, beds very comfortable, more equipped than most rentals we have been to the past. Location is great with close proximity to the club house. Will definitely stay here again.

Pros- We are all glad we booked this place.
- Home got enough space for large family/group
- Nice interior/furniture/decor
- The home has good sized kitchen with everything you need, and big enough dining table for large group.
- Spacious rooms, and good sized beds, can easily accommodate 15- 17 adults as listed on the website.
Cons- (based on the capacity of home- 17 people)
- Pool area had only few chairs- it could use more lounge/chairs.
- Kitchen only had 3 garbage bags (yess- only 3 garbage bags for 4- nights worth of booking, for 16 people). We ended up going to Walmart for few bags and it don't cost much but come'on, for the prize you pay, you don't want to go to store for couple of plastic bags you know.
From check in, to communication with property management company- it was very smooth.
The neighborhood - very nice.
Overall - I would give 10 stars and would definitely book it again in future.

The day of check-in I received a call stating that the house I reserved was not available and that they were going to upgrade us from a 5 bedroom to a 6 bedroom house. We only had 4 people so that wasn’t really an upgrade. This disappointment was that this house was much further away from the golf courses we were playing. I was told that it was the same distance but it certainly was not. Took almost an hour to get to each course when the house that I had reserved was within 5 miles of each course. The house was nice but the neighborhood had garbage all over the street.
